I have ordered gun accessory products online from other companies and have never ran into this problem before but then they gave me shipping options. Needless to say, Buds has lost my business. I am out $10 since I could not request how my order could be shipped. My account was credited back the money for the items but not the shipping. I asked if I could pay to have it shipped FedEx or UPS and the representative said that was not an option. When I called Buds Customer Service I was informed that their vendor uses all three shipping methods and basically it ships however they decide. My items were returned since it shipped USPS. I figured if it couldn't be sent to a PO Box then it would be shipped FedEx or UPS. I never was notified prior to checkout how the items were going to be shipped. If this address is a PO Box please change the shipping address for this order." I changed my address to ship to the home address. If this is address is not a PO Box you can still proceed to checkout. When I placed my order the following pop up message appeared, "Currently, we are not shipping accessories to PO Boxes. I can receive shipments either to my PO Box via USPS or to my home address via FedEx or UPS. I do not have a mail receptacle at my home address.
